The Creative Business System was established by Mr. Dhiren Desai in 1994. He is NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineering) degree holder. He started with trading of coating materials and anti corrosive applications. While doing this he came across so many environmental conditions at various projects, which produces acid fumes, alkalis, solvent fumes and various types of gases in different types of temperatures. He found that while giving the proper system of coating to a particular customer site, it is not only important what is the condition at the site but it is also important that which are other plants around the site, where proper system of coating to be given.

According to him to remain and progress in any business, company has to take care of two assets. The first asset is the asset of the company for which we are going to work. The second asset is the Creative Business Systems’ own asset that is the employees of the company. The company is taking care of the progress of the employees by providing training through professionals. The training to the marketing person and to the technical person through small courses, which keeps on updating them according to the present market conditions. The company provides training to applicators, who are directly involved to do the job at the site. The company invest for the training of the employees, which helps Creative Business Systems to manufacture quality product to deliver on time to the customer and get the job done in scheduled time.

           

By giving proper coating system for your assets, Creative Business Systems increases the life of your structures three to four times; it means we save your money to build up the structure again and again. The proper coating system reduces the shut down of your plant, which directly saves the loose of your production cost also, which means another way of saving money.

 

He used to study the environmental condition at the site and around the site. He found that special coating materials are needed to manufacture to protect the assets of the particular company. So, considering the requirement of the asset of the company, he started manufacturing special types of coating materials and thus he progressed from a trader to a manufacturer. He started manufacturing since 1998.

 

Our Real Assets:

Mr. Vinod Shah, he passed out Bachelor of Science from S. P. University (Vallabh Vidhyanagar) and corrosion tech from M.S. University, Baroda. Since 1986 he deals with Corrosion, Chemical analysis and Polluted Atmospheric effects. He is expert in how corrosion resulted by different types of chemical reactions in factories and able to solve the same.

Mr. Rajendrakumar Mishra manager technical, he is working with us since 1998 and involved in developing various types of products against critical corrosive atmosphere of different projects. He passed out Bachelor of science in 1986 as well as Paint technologist examination in 1988. He worked on many projects like Reliance – Jamnagar, Godrej, Mahindra and Mahindra, PSL, Suzlon, L & T, Essar, Metro Railway – Delhi during 1986 to 1998. He is working with us as Manager Technical since 1998. He has given lectures in (GPA) Gujarat Paint Association, ISSPA (Indian Small Scale Paint Association) Delhi and Rajasthan in product development and testing.

 

Mr. Karan Patel, manager project marketing. He is graduate, Mr shah has 15 years experience to collect the maintenance contract and take care of the equipments of the company. He is handling administration department, liaising projects and work contracts.

It is very much important that how coating material has to be applied to the surface after selecting proper materials to be used for coating. If coating material is not going to apply properly, it is sure that surface will not be protected. We are having, 60 trained applicator with whom we are working since 1994. We have the capacity to have 180 applicators as for large projects.

Our paint manufacturing facility and application activity is supported by a separate state - of – the art R & D laboratory, application workshop and online application testing systems. The R & D laboratory is equipped with the latest generation apparatus and pilot production equipments such as Acid and Alkaline corrosion testing chambers. Solvent corrosion testing chambers – corrosion testing chambers, DFT calibration meters, viscosity measurement equipments, surface profile gauges, portable spray booth, ovens for temperature testing, equipments for testing of incoming raw materials and quality controls in manufacturing final products and online applications.

 

Becoming an expert in coating application and manufacturing does not happen over night. It takes years through R & D program and application excellence to produce systems that can completely effective in today’s global market.

   

Looking at captive needs and demands from other industries for a suitable corrosion controlling system, food compatible coating system in critical atmosphere, we initiated development of a suitable solvent free coating, shows all the processing required features. Thus finally we succeeded in developing a unique refractory coating compound, called PROMASTIC – 555. We are very optimistic that PROMASTIC – 555 will be found greatly beneficial in solving Acids, Alkalines, Solvents and Gaseous corrosive problems in various industries.
