(F) ZINC / ALUMINUM SPRAY

      APPLICATION:

      (1) Air conditioning plant.

      In this operation the Blower, Fan blower etc.... may be zinc 

      Sprayed over the rotor casting, inlet cone and base frame to

      Prevent rusting for long life.

1.  Refrigeration, Chilling and Cold storage plant.

       Initially the above said Plant’s equipments Pipe coil, U 

       Tactic coil and Fan tube coil etc. may be initially cleaned

       thoroughly by sand blasting to achieve SA 2 1/2 quality

       Grade and there after Zinc Spray may be done.

      (3) Ice cream and ice cream plant.

      The Pipe coil erected on platform for achieving a very low degree

      temperature to maintain the quality of liquid for Example, Water,

      Milk, Ice cream, Cheese, Butter, Butter Milk and Other

      concerned Products.
